The Problem

A dental clinic needed an AI assistant that could handle patient inquiries, triage appointments, and manage PHI (Protected Health Information) — all while remaining fully HIPAA-compliant.

The Solution

We built DentaBot with AES-256-GCM field-level encryption, a RAG-based AI concierge using OpenAI GPT-4o + pgvector for deterministic FAQ responses, and a hybrid rule + LLM triage engine with mandatory non-diagnostic disclaimers. Every access is logged in an immutable audit trail.
