Terms & Conditions

Ground Zero LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides digital media services including web development, technical journalism, content production, security architecture, and consulting (“Services”). All Services are delivered on a project-by-project basis as defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Each project begins with a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Work commences only after the client accepts the proposal in writing (email acceptance constitutes a binding agreement). No work is performed without a mutually agreed-upon scope.

Payment terms are specified in each proposal. Typical terms require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. All payments are in USD or EGP as specified. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in work suspension.

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables specifically created for the project. Ground Zero LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery remain the property of Ground Zero LLC.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, and any proprietary data. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement.

Ground Zero LLC’s liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

We warrant that Services will be delivered in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Deliverables are provided “as is” without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated in the project proposal. We do not warrant that code is free of all bugs or that security measures are impenetrable.

Each project includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions to deliverables. Additional revision rounds or out-of-scope changes are billed at the hourly rate specified in the proposal. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Ground Zero LLC may terminate immediately if the client breaches payment terms or confidentiality obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

For journalism and content services: all published articles are fact-checked to the best of our ability. Ground Zero LLC is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party sources. The client retains editorial approval rights before publication. Bylined articles credit the author as specified in the agreement.
